A——oirdupois（重量）

太重的球拍会使球员在挥拍时动作缓慢，太轻的拍子则不易应付强力的来球，也容易翻拍。

normal选择：一般来说，年轻男性的适用范围是320—330g，中老年女性适用300—320g之间的球拍，年轻女性的适用范围是280—300g。

M——measure （握把尺寸）

跟重量一样，握把的大小也要以自己觉得舒适为宜。

normal选择：一般的男性球员适用4 3/8，若能力允许，也可用大一点的如4 1/2；女性适用4 1/4—4 3/8。

S——skin（握把外皮）

握把上的外皮，是球拍与人体接触的部分。

外皮不好时，拍子就抓不好，这样的话，你即便有再好的球拍、再好的球技都无法发挥。

normal选择：握把皮需要留意，时常更换，这是保持握把外皮最佳状态的好办法。

S——sweet spot（拍面的甜区）

E——equipoise （平衡点）

F——form（形状）
